You are going to do great!! I know Bri likes to chew on Beef Jerky Nuggets, he says it helps with the salt loss. Don't know if that will help or even if you like Jerky ;0). And I have to say very impressive. Good luck!

Some advice:

-Put anti-chafing cream EVERYWHERE. Even places you don't imagine... ok, ok maybe not EVERYWHERE! But be sure to hit: arms, underarms, under your boobies where your sports bra is, inner thighs, on your heels and ball of your foot-- everywhere that rubs agains the cloth.

-You can put vaseline over your eyebrow if you sweat a lot and it prevents the sweat from going in your eye. I didn't do this because I don't run fast enough to sweat..

-don't bring too much crap. just bring as much or as little as you normally do during your run so you're not weighed down.

-Bring advil? I took some during the race. I also took a caffeine pill halfway through which dried my mouth out and I kinda wished I hadn't.

-I took an anti-diarhhea pill before becuase I'd heard of 'runners diarrhea' so I didn't wanna risk it!

-Don't have any spicy, weird, foreign foods before!

-Drink lotsa water!

-HAVE FUN!!!! Remember to soak it all in and enjoy every minute of it. Take the time to remember how it feels, enjoy watching others, remember to smile and have fun, and record your experience as soon as you can when you get home so you record everything!

Good luck! You'll do great! i've loved hearing about your adventure. You are awesome and inspiring.
