wha?

there is this boy....

and i've REALLY been liking this boy, for quite sometime actually.

today one of my friends came in to drop something off i had forgotten.

then this conversation happened:

boy: ummm.... so i have a question. can i go out with your friend?

me: wha? uh? um? sure. i'll see what i can do.

boy: yes! please do!

me: i'll send her a text.

{mean while i'm trying to play it cool}

i text her, she knows i like him.

she politely responded

"hell no, i wouldn't do that to you!!"

she's a good friend.

 20 minutes later.

boy: so what did she say? is she up for it?

me: uh.

boy: did she say no?

me: uh, not exactly.
i didn't have the guts to explain to him what's really going on.

why does this happen to me!?

moral of the story don't have friends that are prettier than you.
