Next was Halloween with the Jensen's. Teri spent the day cooking for us, which was very much appreciated. Homemade cream of chicken soup with homemade bread sticks were on the menu. After a delicious dinner we headed out trick or treating with the kiddos. Naturally they didn't last long, but it was so fun to watch them. After trick or treating we watched the end of a nerve racking Utah Football game. Then it was off to Jamie and Mike's house. Now listen hear, usually Mike and Jamie are party animals... not last night. After twenty minutes of watching a psycho show I decided to head.... I still love you both! :)Sunday, November 1, 2009

What am I up to?!... How bout I show you....
So life is as busy as ever. I'm still working 40 hours + a week, and doing lots of school. I guess it's a good thing I don't date, uh? Speaking of dating this past week I self appointed myself "The Queen of First Dates". I don't know that, that's a good thing, but it is what it is. :) Overall life is good, I'm glad last week is over, so this week WILL be a good one!

S.G.
The second highlight of the trip... The Brickoven, now conveniently located in St. George. While the boys were at priesthood and Amy's mom kindly took the kids we made our way to feed our faces... One word... YUMMY!!!! :)
St. George was so much fun, and was just about perfect! I'm already looking forward to the next trip down South.

"We must protect this house!"
GO UTES!!!
On a side note, we were walking back to our car after the game and we came across a man who had had a heart attack. We watched the paramedics try to revive him but they had no luck. He was just laying on the side walk dead... it was a mildly traumatic experience. I'll probably have nightmares about it, and could possibly need therapy.

Blue....
Blues are Motivated by Altruism
Blues love to do nice things for others. They look of opportunities to give up something in order to bring another person happiness. Selflessness rather then selfishness is their guiding philosophy. Many blues are uncomfortable doing things solely for themselves. They hold doors open for people, offer rides when someone's car breaks down, contribute to charities, even devote their entire lives to helping others.
Blues Seek Intimacy
More then anything else, blues want to love and be loved. A true blue will sacrifice a successful career to improve an important relationship. Once considered solely a female characteristic, this nurturing is more accurately understood as a blue personality trait.
Blues Crave Being Understood
Blues are gratified when they are listened to, when they feel understood and appreciated. They are notorious for revealing their inadequacies, because they value being known and understood so much. In the eyes of a blue, being vulnerable is a small price to pay for the chance to connect emotionally. Blues may have their hearts broken more than most people, but they also spend much more time in love.
Blues Need to Be Remembered and Appreciated
With blues, a simple pat on the back will not suffice. Blues expend such great effort in making the world a better place that sometimes they need to be told how wonderful they are. They need to be thanked and specifically remembered for their good deeds. they need sincere gratitude. They delight in being remembered on birthdays and other special days, especially if the remembrance is personal- a homemade anniversary card, a welcome home part, a special day that isn't on the calendar. Blues need tender loving care.
Blues are Directed by a Strong Moral Conscience
Blues are motivated to behave in a proper, appropriate manner. They have a moral code that guides them in their decision making, their value judgments, even their leisure time. Blues enjoy being "good". Of all the personality colors, blues come equipped with the strongest sense of integrity. A blue would rather lose than cheat. Blues are trustworthy. Ethically, blues are the people who should be in positions of power, but seldom are.

In full Swing!
My life is officially in full swing.... I'm now working 40 hours (+) a week, and I've taken on 10 credit hours of school. Doesn't sound like much right?! Well that's a math, writing, and a health class! YIKES!! So I'm going to apologize now for my lack of blogging, after work I barely have enough for homework. So sorry my friends.... summer has come to an end, and that means real (busy) life begins. :(

My idea of a perfect day!
9:30 Waking up all on my own... No Alarm required! (First time in about three months)
10:10 Spa time! I got my brows done then my Mom and I got a pedicure. HEAVEN! The finished product! L-O-V-E the blue!
5:00 Jensen Hoard here I come! I got to spend my night with these 5 little darlings. They are honestly just the cuttest things, I love them so much. Pizza, free ice cream, Monster House followed up by Fast and Furious. The Jensens sure know how to have a good time.
12:00 Laying in bed blogging..
Honestly today was just wonderful! It was so nice to have a day filled with stuff I only wanted to do. I guess it's good I don't have more of them because I appreciate them even more when they do come around. :)

Today...
"My life is but a weaving
Between my God and me
I let him choose the colors
He worketh steadiliy.
Oftimes He worketh sorrow
And I, within my heart,
Forget he sees the pattern
While I see only part.
The dark threads were as needful
In the Weaver's skillful hand,
As the threads of gold and silver
In the pattern he had planned.
Not till the loom is silent
And the shuttles cease to fly
Shall God unroll the canvas
And explain the reason why."
-Unknown
With that being said.... I choose to make today a good one! :)

I think your mean, and insecure!
